Fall Frenzy

I know it has been pushing 3 months since our last post but the Barber Family has been on the GO!
Our fall started with back to school business! Logan started First Grade this year and is doing great. His teacher Page Hickman Wilson is fantastic for Logan. She does a wonderful job of engaging her class in the learning process. Logan loves all of her fun workshops and doesn't even realize he is learning so much while getting to do all of her fun activities! Will started Kindergarten and he is really enjoying his teacher Susan Peoples. She is perfect for him-very lovey just like him! He is starting to be a great reader- which never ceases to amaze me that my baby is becoming a big boy!
Logan is playing Flag Football! This is too funny! They all run around like crazy people and mostly spend time rolling on the ground. He loves his cool new mouthpiece-which is an added bonus. His team is the Chargers and it is made up of
1st and 2nd graders. Our friend Jake Magers is on the team also. He and Logan spend most of their time discussing who is the coolest Jedi and not so much time worried about touchdowns and pulling flags. Will loves to cheer them on and coach from the sidelines every game.
We spent a night at the FAIR! The boys had a great time as always. Chad & I were as tired as they were when we ended the night. Thank goodness it comes but once a year!
Our MSU tailgate has stepped it up a notch this time. We gathered a group and decided to get organized with our chaos! The Miciellos, the Magers, the Camerons, the James, the Haileys, the Belchers, the Cooks, the Reeves, the Fielders, the Wallaces and the Crockers have all joined us in making our trips to Starkville a blast!
We celebrated Grandparent's day at MRA Elementary recently. Logan's class entertained us with what makes grandparents special. Logan was too cute when performing his speaking part as were the rest of Mrs Wilson's kids. He had his Nana and Papa Edwards and his Pa Barber representing his grandparents. Will was also eager to get checked out of school for the morning and join our family in this celebration!
As you can see we have been busy and when I get a chance I have even more to post!
